New BVRLA website launches this week

As part of the BVRLA’s commitment to innovating its services and making it easier for members to engage with the team, the association is launching a brand-new website later this week.

The new BVRLA.co.uk website has been built from the ground up on a new platform with member input, enabling the service to better meet member needs, while continuing to represent the sector to stakeholders and consumers. Benefits include:

  • Remade ‘MyBVRLA’ section for managing contact preferences, bookings and payments. Admin contacts can continue to manage colleague access directly
  • Streamlined layout, making it quicker and easier to access the relevant section and content within
  • Improved process to manage cases raised via the Alternative Dispute Resolution service, creating efficiencies in case handling
  • Enhanced member value through more exclusive content and Guidance
  • Refreshed design for more interactive experience across desktop and mobile devices

To streamline the switch, members to have logged into the current site in recent months will have their accounts migrated automatically. They will receive an email notification to confirm this shortly, with only a password reset required to gain access via the ‘Login’ menu.

Other users will be required to set up a new account in order to access member-only guidance and certain booking functions. Setting up a new account is done via the ‘Join the BVRLA’ icon in the top-right corner of the main navigation.

The new website marks the first significant step in a series of investments the BVRLA is making in its digital services. New platforms for the association’s e-learning service and events booking and management will follow in 2026.

All digital developments put the needs of members first and share the goal of making it easier for BVRLA members to interact with their association and maximise their membership.
