Sixty-four members joined the BVRLA’s first Technical and Operational Management Forum of 2021 last week.
Sessions included a Q&A with Daksh Gupta of Marshall Motor Group on how dealerships will deal with the transition to electric vehicles and insights by industry experts from Fleet Assist, i247, ICDP and Tusker on the changing dealership business models and the impact of changes within the aftermarket services.
