BVRLA members are invited to join this Thursday’s Technical and Operational Management online Forum which focuses on EVs and transport decarbonisation.
Senior Policy Advisor, Catherine Bowen will be leading a panel session to discuss the key points raised during a recent transport decarbonisation workshop attended by members and senior officials from the Office for Low Emission Vehicles, Department for Transport, BEIS and HM Treasury.
The Forum will also provide a great opportunity for members to hear from peers who have successfully introduced electric vehicles onto their fleets. They will be sharing their experiences and the challenges they faced.
There will also be an interactive session to discuss what members think about a potential 2035 deadline for banning petrol and diesel car and van sales as well as what policies, procedures, training and education they have put in place to support greater uptake of EVs.
Those who do not have an annual subscription to attend the association’s forums can attend for a special rate of £30+vat per person.
