In-person EV training course receives five stars

The BVRLA has carried out its first face-to-face training course in nearly eighteen months since the outbreak of the pandemic saw all learning move to online delivery.

A comprehensive option of instructor-led online courses have been providing industry specific training since March 2020, and with Covid restrictions easing, face-to-face training is now being offered.

The association held an ‘in-person’ Electric Vehicles - Cars - Operational Technical Support course for member Reflex Vehicle Hire in Loughborough, and the feedback from delegates attending gave the course an impressive 5-star rating.

Danielle Newton, Reflex Vehicle Hire’s Marketing Manager was involved in organising this training course with the BVRLA.

Danielle said; “As part of our own EV strategy, it is important that the team are able to offer customers the correct support and guidance as they transition to Electric Vehicles.

“Speaking to the BVRLA, it was clear that this course was going to cover everything essential to guide Reflex and its customers on the road to zero emissions.

“The face-to-face element of the course allowed staff to engage and interact with Jon (who is an excellent trainer) sparking discussions and encouraging questions amongst the group.

“Reflex will continue to invest in staff to expand on their knowledge and will be seeking further advice from BVRLA in the future.”
