As part of next month’s Industry Outlook Conference 2025, the ‘Leasing 2.0: Building the Workforce of Tomorrow,’ deep dive will look ahead to the skills and structures needed to drive leasing forward over the next five years.

The panel will explore how leasing companies can future-proof their workforces through bold approaches to leadership, diversity, and capability. Bringing together a wealth of experience from across the sector, the discussion will feature Pamela Davey (Arval UK), Ian Church (CGI), Alison Bell (Venson), and Julia Pennington (Copeland Automotive Recruitment).

The Industry Outlook Conference agenda also includes:

  • Analysis of the Industry Outlook Survey results, discussed by a panel of sector leaders.
  • David Smith, Economics Editor at The Sunday Times, will return as keynote speaker. His session, The Fiscal Future: Policy, Politics, and the Business Environment,’ comes just days after the Autumn Budget.
  • An update from the DVLA Chief Executive Tim Moss.
  • Additional deep-dive sessions exploring key operational and regulatory challenges for 2026.
