Earlier today 114 people tuned in to the association’s Covid-19 Recovery and Industry Outlook webinar.
The event kicked-off with the BVRLA’s Director of Corporate Affairs, Toby Poston, providing an update on the association’s response to Covid crisis and its engagement with policymakers and other industry stakeholders. He went on to share the results of the BVRLA’s recent Covid survey which gave a useful update on member’s activity levels and job retention plans.
The focus then shifted to a panel session featuring Joe Howick from Fleetondemand, Martin Phillips from i247 and Paul Kirby from Vanarama. They talked about rental sector recovery, residual values, market sentiment, changing working practices, the impact of localised lockdowns, further support for electric vehicles purchases and infrastructure funding.
