Compliance focus at Leasing Broker Conference

BVRLA Leasing and Broker members can reserve a FREE place at this year’s one-day conference taking place on Thursday 21 October at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London.

The varied and interactive agenda includes a session on ‘Business success in a regulated world’ which will explore the lessons that can be learnt from customer complaints and set out the future regulatory landscape for brokers. This session will also show how how firms can integrate compliance with Consumer Duty to increase their success.

The speakers are Sarah Conway, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), Amanda Brandon, BVRLA and Jo Davis, Auxillias. The Q&A session will be chaired by Paul Parkinson of Synergy Car Leasing.

Other sessions include a BVRLA & Leasing Broker Committee update, an ‘Electrification of fleets’ session, a ‘Digital transformation in the broker market’ session and an Industry Outlook Panel with representatives from a cross -section of broker voices.

The event will conclude with a networking and drinks reception.

Industry suppliers and those outside of membership can also attend at a cost of £200+VAT per person.
