Communication resources to help boost domestic tourism

As the easing of lockdown restrictions continue, Visit Britain is launching the next phase of its ‘Escape the Everyday’ campaign to help boost domestic tourism.

First launched in autumn 2020, this latest marketing campaign hopes to encourage people to escape the everyday and book a short break in the UK, tapping into their pent-up desire to explore, find freedom and treat themselves, following months of lockdown.  

A toolkit of free digital and social communications material is available for members to use in their own marketing activity. 

The BVRLA publishes Top Tips for Renting a Vehicle which can also be used in members marketing campaigns. 

Members can access other useful BVRLA toolkits for communicating with customers by logging into the BVRLA website.
