Certificate in Vehicle Rental Operator Skills goes online

The BVRLA is continuing to develop its range of distance learning opportunities and is delighted to introduce a new online version of the Certificate in Vehicle Rental Operator Skills, which is now accepting delegates for the first assessment in November 2020.

This Certificate, which is accredited by the Institute of Motor Industry, demonstrates a recognised level of knowledge, skills and understanding of best practice within the vehicle rental sector.

Whilst completing the accreditation the learner will be supported by the BVRLA’s experienced course trainer, providing a blended online approach. Candidates sit a series of multiple-choice online examination papers which reinforces and tests their existing knowledge of the key areas of vehicle rental operations, proving proof of competence.

BVRLA Head of Learning & Development, Mark Pow said: “This accreditation is ideally placed to support rental agents and managers in daily rental and light commercial vehicle rental locations. Last year, the association supported fifty-five delegates through the accreditation, and I am delighted to confirm that we are holding last year’s prices for the 2020 cohort.”
