If you want to show your customers that you are leaders in your field and have the knowledge that backs this up, the BVRLA’s Certificate in Vehicle Rental Operator Skills is an accredited programme that recognises this knowledge.
The Certificate demonstrates a recognised level of knowledge, skills and understanding of best practice within the industry. Candidates sit a series of multiple-choice examination papers which reinforce and test their existing knowledge of the key areas of vehicle rental operations, thereby providing proof of competence.
The association has a final few places left on the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) accredited exam running on the 6 November.
Due to popular demand, the Amersham venue has sold out. However, there are spaces available at the Wolverhampton and Glasgow venues.
