The BVRLA has submitted a formal consultation response welcoming the review into how UK law should change to ensure the safe use and operation of automated vehicles.
In its submission, the BVRLA is seeking clarity on where liabilities and accountabilities should lie as members are typically the legal owner of the vehicle but do not have day-to-day operational control of it.
