Become an expert on Fair Wear and Tear

The BVRLA has released its 2019 dates for Fair Wear & Tear training to support members using the guides.

The guides provide an industry standard for every aspect of a vehicle's condition upon return at the end of a rental or lease agreement.

Assessing the condition of a car, van or truck at the end of a contract is fundamental to the leasing process and course attendees will gain knowledge in what customers have a right to expect when a vehicle is returned.

This one-day course will help delegates to help develop an understanding of the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Standards and gain the confidence to professionally communicate with drivers, customers and fleet managers on those standards.

A practical element of the course demonstrates how to undertake an internal and external inspection of a vehicle using the guidelines.

The next BVRLA training course to take place is The Introduction to the Vehicle Fleet Industry, held on the 23 January in Amersham. Places are still available.
