Postage and packaging is chargeable on dispatch. LCV Fair Wear & Tear Standard
Drivers and fleet operators of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) on rental, contract hire and leasing agreements will benefit from using this industry-accepted standard. It defines fair wear and tear on contract hired or leased LCVs up to 3.5 tonnes when they are returned to BVRLA Members at the end of the contract.

VE103B (Vehicle on Hire) Certificate
The VE103B certificate is authenticated proof of permission from the owner to take the vehicle abroad. Every driver going abroad from the UK must, by law, carry the vehicle's registration document. An exception is made for vehicles on hire, where rental companies, for obvious reasons, will not want the registration document to be carried in the car. In this circumstance, a Vehicle on Hire certificate (VE103B) must be carried instead. Order from the BVRLA for discounted Member prices. |
