Anti-Terrorism Advice for Vehicle Rental

Release Date:
13/06/2017

Following recent terrorist attacks, where vehicles have been used as weapons to injure and kill innocent people, the BVRLA are asking members to remind staff to stay alert and be vigilant, reporting anything suspicious to the police.

With your support, we continue to work closely with law enforcement organisations across the country to share information on the latest security threats and best practice. We have set up a dedicated Vigilance and Due Diligence page on our website to provide members with the latest information, advice and resources to help in the prevention of terrorism.

The BVRLA would also like to invite members to email Nora Leggett with a named contact should the police need to discuss a security matter with member organisations out of normal office hours.
