This course is aimed at daily rental operators as a refresher in preparation for the BVRLA City & Guilds exam components 1 to 5
It would also benefit any experienced operator who needs to be aware of the very latest changes in legislation, driving licences and the industry in general.

The course aims to provide up-to-date knowledge in line with the City & Guilds exam syllabus.

It will also provide insight to current legal issues and best practice skills for those in rental operations.

The course is designed to deliver all the essential information necessary to ensure compliance with the BVRLA code of conduct.

The syllabus: Components 1 to 5. What each component of the syllabus covers and the types of questions likely to be asked
The examination: an insight into the structure and format. How the papers are presented and how the exam is conducted
Sample questions: multiple choice questions and arithmetical questions and how to decide which is the best answer
Methodology for ensuring accuracy
Refresher questionnaire: covers all relevant topics. Carefully structured questions (not necessarily in City & Guilds format) test current knowledge of each subject
Questionnaire debrief and rental update: covers all relevant topics. The debrief from the questionnaire involves a detailed insight into each subject and related topics
