In-house training is available
Fleet Operators, managers, administrators or drivers who regularly discuss the condition of the vehicle with customers expecially during the contract period or on termination.
To give delegates the confidence to identify damage outside BVRLA guidelines at the point of collection and to ensure that, where identified, this can be charged back to the end user, if appropriate.
Training will be delivered with a 75 – 25% split classroom to practical workshop.
This programme is interactive and involves role playing to practise the principles covered in the course.
