Members only - Vehicle on hire certificate (VE103B)
- The VE103B certificate is authenticated proof of permission from the owner to take the vehicle abroad. The VE103B is the only legal substitute for the V5 registration document. Available in pads of 50 or singles.
Publications are zero rated for VAT. However, postage and packaging is standard-rated for VAT and is charged dependant upon order size. Delivery time is up to 14 working days.
