Our membership ranges from all the multinational car rental and leasing companies through to your local, independent provider. Through them, the BVRLA represents the interests of more than two million business car drivers and the 10 million people who use a rental vehicle each year.

The association regulates the industry through its mandatory code of conduct. If you see the BVRLA logo displayed in a branch or leaflet or on a website, it is your guarantee that you will receive the highest levels of service. If you have any complaint to make about one of our members, please let us know. We also run a conciliation service that can help settle any dispute that may arise.
