Theft and fraud reports

Each year the BVRLA surveys its daily rental members to obtain information on their experiences of vehicle theft and fraud. The range of organisations surveyed is representative of BVRLA membership. Members’ submissions are summarised in an annual report which will aid organisations to:

identify trends in operational risk that affect profitability
bench-mark their own performance against the daily rental industry’s aggregated numbers of vehicle thefts, conversions and recoveries
