- The BVRLA is returning to the heart of London's Park Lane for its Annual Dinner. The dinner offers a fantastic opportunity to socialise with old friends, entertain valued customers and meet new colleagues within our industry, with delicious cuisine and fabulous entertainment.
For 2012 are speakers are the business champion Lord Digby Jones - the former director general of the CBI, and top comedian Fred MacAulay - a frequent guest on QI, Have I Got News For You, Mock the Week and The News Quiz.

- EV & Low CO2 Fleet Show 2012
- The EV & Low CO2 Fleet Show is a one-day event providing fleet decision makers and other fleet industry executives with information, advice and guidance on a wide range of emissions-based topics.
Organised by Fleet World magazine in association with the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association - the trade association of the UK’s leasing and rental industries - the event provides a platform from which motor manufacturers, fleet service companies, infrastructure suppliers and others can explain their products, services and emission control initiatives.
The EV & Low CO2 Fleet Show will allow visitors to:
• Test drive the latest petrol-electric hybrids, diesel-electric hybrids, fuel-cell hybrids and electric range-extenders, as well as the latest low-emission petrol and diesel engine vehicles
• Discuss future drivetrain strategies with leading motor manufacturers
• Find out more about low-emission light commercial vehicles
• Talk to charging point suppliers and recharging infrastructure providers
• Discuss low-carbon vehicle supply with leading leasing suppliers.
There will also be a Question Time-style debate and panel discussion chaired by BVRLA Chief Executive, John Lewis, at which fleet decision makers can discuss some of the topics presented earlier in the day.

- Asset Management and Risk Control Seminar
- Following on from a seminar held in September 2011 which attracted more than 50 member representatives involved in consumer contracts, credit control and recovering vehicles/losses, the BVRLA is planning a second seminar to be hosted by Blake Lapthorn in Oxford. Further details regarding the seminar will be published soon.
